Carroll Edwin Perine, “Edwin”, 76, of Valrico, Florida, passed on December 15, 2018, at home under the care of Lifepath Hospice with complications from Rheumatoid Arthritis.

He was born May 14, 1942 in Sunnyside, Doddridge County, West Virginia, a son to the late Benjamin H and Rachel A (Smith) Perine, who resided in Parkersburg.

He graduated from Parkersburg High School and Morris Harvey College/UC and served in The West Virginia Air National Guard. He had retired from Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court, Tampa, FL.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Benjamin Duane Perine.

Edwin Is survived by his wife Sheila and is a member of Brandon Masonic Lodge #114 F. & A.M., Linsley Chapter #152, O.E.S., Zendah Grotto, Plant City. He was a wonderful son, brother, friend and husband. He is now at rest and will be missed by all.

A Celebration of Life will be held on January 7, 2019, at Brandon Masonic Lodge.
